Private Tours

Available Upon Request

Private tours can be scheduled for a 2-hour time slot from 5-7PM Monday – Thursday or 5:30-7:30PM Friday – Sunday. Mid-day tours are not available during the week due to potential hazards in the warehouse during production. Mid-day tours on weekends fall under the regular tours category, and spots can be reserved in our online sign-ups. Requests for private tours must come at least 2 weeks in advance.

Prices consist of a flat rate depending on the size bracket. They include the space rental, tour, and 4 – 4oz beer samples per person. The tour last approximately 30 minutes, and large groups may be split up for multiple tours. All attendees who wish to drink on the premises must go on a tour.

15-25 people $200
26-50 people $380
51-75 people $630
75-100 people $880
For groups over 100 people, please email Sara to discuss your options.

Private tours must be paid for in advance, and we accept all major credit cards. If your group exceeds the size bracket you paid for, additional guests cost $20 per person. Refunds will not be given if your group ends up being smaller than the size bracket. The tour hours may be extended by request, and will be charged according to the number of hours and size of the group.

River Horse does not provide any food for tours but welcomes private tours to bring their own. Please inform us in advance if you intend to bring food so we can make accommodations. We can recommend several local restaurants to pick up food from, or eat at before or after your tour. River Horse does not have any additional beverages on-site, which means there is no water, soda, or ice available. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed due to the nature of our license.

Under 21:
Minors are welcome to tour the brewery, but must be accompanied by someone over the age of 21, and will not be allowed to sample.
